Born in China, Yi has been pressing the shutter button since 2010. She has an exquisite oriental sense of vision in capturing intimacy in daily life. With a relaxed approach, she allows people to be themselves and directs them toward desirable interactions. She believes that the most simple interactions in daily life are the essential ingredients that compose love. As a girl herself, Yi knows how elaborate girls need to craft their portraits. And as a mom herself, Yi understands how precious and difficult for a mommy, usually the “photographer” in the family, to be in the frame with their little ones.
